When Xander Oakes stumbles upon a strange stone in a polluted forest near his home, he thinks nothing of it. Not until the dreams begin. That night, and every night after, he’s pulled into a vast and dangerous dream world, a place he doesn’t know or recognize, where mysterious alien creatures roam and a barbaric society thrives.

 

During the day, he tries to maintain composure with his family and at work, while navigating the challenges that come with the climate-ravaged Earth of 2084. During the night, he’s pulled deeper into this new dream world, embarking on a perilous journey in the hopes of uncovering the truth of his experience.
